OUR COACHING SERVICES

Our Services

Because of the broad background, education, and experience of our coaches in addition to the ongoing training and learning they do, we are able to provide a wide array of services that meet, evolve with, and respond to the unique and individualized needs of each client and family.

Whether you are looking for someone to support you as a consultant in developing a plan after high school or for the 504 and IEP eligibility and development process, or ongoing 1:1 coaching for an individual or your family, we meet you where you are and support you in identifying your goals and creating a roadmap for meeting them.

We have collaborated with several agencies to provide webinars tailored to their particular needs as well as webinars related to raising neurodivergent kids. If you are interested in a particular topic for yourself or a group you belong to, please email us about your interest and idea.

Read more below about each of the services we offer.

1:1 Executive Function and/or Life Skills Coaching

One on one coaching for neurodivergent individuals of all ages using a compassionately curious approach with a combination of our specialized B.R.A.I.N Method, Family Systems Model, and Stepstool Model. One on one coaching works to replace challenging behaviors with renewed confidence, self-awareness, self-determination, self-advocacy, and self-agency. Coaching sessions can also periodically include parents, caregivers, or family members.

Parent or Caregiver Coaching

Parent or caregiver coaching utilizes a completely different approach than any other mainstream parenting resource. These sessions are designed to provide individualized and targeted support, accountability, and problem solving.

Coaching Case Management

Coaches work directly with children, parents, and other resources including therapists and teachers, to provide assessment and create an individualized plan.

2TametheshamE Parent Community and Group Coaching Workshops for Parents

Join the 2tts Parent Community to get support, insight, information, perspective, resources, and solutions from both coaches and other parents! This includes an On-Demand Parenting Program, which can be done on our own time and at your own pace, and offers a variety of information on managing behaviors and developing the relationship between you and your child. Also included in the Parent Community is weekly office hours with Coach Kristin, where parents can join and ask questions, share experiences, or just chat.

Consultation for and Attendance at 504 and IEP Meetings

Coaches are knowledgable about 504 and IEP eligibility determination and plan development processes and are willing to support you in preparing for and joining you at these meetings to support your advocacy efforts.

Speaking Engagements and Webinars

Coaches are available for speaking engagements, in-person or virtually, about topics related to supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults. Previous topics have included Challenging Behaviors and Unmet Expectations, Communication Techniques for Your Twice Exceptional Child, The Transition From High School to College, and we have presented for a variety of organizations including Holliston Youth and Families, sunday school teachers, CHADD, the Massachusetts Rehab Commission, and MAGE.
