Are you an exhausted, concerned, uncertain, confused, frustrated, overwhelmed parent of a child who is struggling in life or in school?

Do feel like the struggle will never end and that the more you discipline and impose consequences, the more your child's frustration, anger, anxiety, or self-esteem seems to get worse?

Does your child have ADHD, executive function skill challenges or are they autistic, twice-exceptional or have another learning disability?

Have you tried to find help but people keep telling you need be stricter, to take their phone away, and that your child is just lazy, unmotivated, or needs to try harder?

Are you tired of nagging or finding out that your child has lied yet again?

Have you read all the books and tried all the parenting tips and strategies but nothing seems to change or work with your child, not even offering a reward or imposing consequences

You know there has to be a different and better way, but you just don't know who to turn to, what to do, or where to find it.

We Have Good News!

You Don't Have to Look Any Longer!

2TTS's In It Together Parenting Program

has everything you have been looking for

ALL IN ONE PLACE!

Why is the

In It Together Parenting Program So Important?

This simplified visual model demonstrates that the 6 pillars that inform 2TTS's approach to coaching don't only apply to the coach-child relationship; rather, they apply to the system as a whole. Each person in the system has a role to play, and each person also impacts the other. Only when each player is performing his/her/their role while grounded in the 6 pillars will the child make the most effective and efficient progress. The coach, parent(s), and the child need to communicate, collaborate, be curious, be transparent, be accountable to one another, and be empowering. And if there is no coach, it is even more essential that the parent and the child are using these pillars as the basis for their relationship.
When everyone is working from this same foundational approach and with the same language, vision, and information, the system functions efficiently and effectively allowing the child to make the most effective progress. If there is a breakdown in one of the pillars or with one of the players, the system does not function as effectively and the child does not make progress as efficiently or effectively. This scenario is true whether it is the coach, the child, or the parent.
Given this dynamic system, and the symbiotic roles that the parent(s) and coach have, it is essential for parents to have the basic knowledge, foundational understanding and parenting tools and techniques needed to support their neurodivergent child, and this is especially true if their child is being coached. These tools and techniques are different than the mainstream techniques that most people have access to, understand and use.
To provide parents with this much needed information, our coaches are available for 1:1 parent coaching, but we have also created In It Together Parenting so that busy parents would have an easy and effective way to learn everything they need to know at times that work for them and have opportunities to connect with other parents of neurodivergent kids in a coach-facilitated support group.
While not all children need 1:1 coaching to make effective progress, all parents need to learn how to connect, communicate, and collaborate effectively with their children, no matter their age, to help them make effective progress. Parents are with their children more than any coach is, and having the tools from this program allows a parent to support their child in a way that is connected, collaborative, and empowering which ultimately leads to more impactful and effective progress.
With In It Together Parenting, you will learn how to help your child thrive AND, if your child needs 1:1 coaching to develop their own skills, you will already have the knowledge and strategies to communicate and support your child and the work that your child's coach will do in a symbiotic way, leading to the best possible scenario for the transformation and thriving of your child!

The In It Together Parenting Program and 2TTS coaching are informed by research, strategies, insights, and approaches from leading international experts in the fields of neurodiversity, ADHD, twice-exceptionality, psychology, parenting, and cognitive theory, including Dr. Ned Hallowell, Dr. Susan Baum, Dr. Beverly Trail, Dr. Dan Siegel, Dr. Tina Payne Bryson, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Ross Greene, Dr. Mona Delahooke, Deborah Reber, Renee Jain, 2TTS's very own, Dr. Kristin Wilcox, and more.

Our coaches have sifted through the research, the books, the websites and the articles to provide you with the essentials that all parents of neurodivergent kids should have and know. We have organized them around our B-R-A-I-N model and the other 6 Pillars that inform our approach to coaching:

CONNECTION

COLLABORATION

COMPASSIONATE CURIOSITY

TRANSPARENCY

ACCOUNTABILITY

and EMPOWERMENT

What Are Parents Saying About the

In It Together Parent Community and Coaches?

"Discovering Courtney and her parent/child coaching program has been one of the most important things to happen to me in the past several months. I felt so alone parenting a neurodivergent child. No one around me seemed to understand what my son and I were/are going through.

Courtney does.

Courtney has pulled together a community of parents just like me. Every week, I have the opportunity to meet with Courtney and this community of parents to share my experiences and listen to theirs. This has made me feel so much less alone in this journey. It has even brought me joy.

Courtney is real. She too is the parent of a neurodivergent child, who is now a young adult. She understands the challenges, the extreme lows, and the rawness of feeling like a failure as a parent despite the fact that you have been trying so hard.

Compassionate curiosity has been the key to changing my relationship with my son. Though, this is not always easy, it takes patience, a lot of it and so much practice! Compassionate curiosity is imperative.

Courtney truly cares about the parents, children, and young adults that she coaches. You can clearly tell by the way she listens and responds.

I'm so thankful for finding Courtney and her amazing community of parents, just like me. I highly recommend that you give Courtney a chance. The information she provides is not just applicable to your relationship with your neurodivergent child, but can also be used to improve your relationship with your neurotypical child(ren) and even your partner/spouse."

- Kelsey, parent of a 9 and 6 year old

"From the moment I spoke with Courtney during my initial consultation, I could tell that she is a person who understands. All of the nuances about my son who is autistic, anxious, depressed, and has dyslexia, dysgraphia, and ADHD, accumulated over 17 years of his life, were not surprising to her.

She could finish my sentences. She has personally been through it all, the knowledge that she possesses is undeniable.

She shaped my way of thinking and showed me a way to approach my son from a place of love, compassion and understanding.

She empowered me with a way to deal with his school issues and set me up with a plan for success. She turned challenges into opportunities and encouraged me to trust my parental instinct. She gave me a tremendous amount of targeted support and helped me heal the rift between my son and I.

My family was struggling but we now have a solid plan going forward and I am more resilient and confident now than I was before I met her. I’m very grateful to Coach Courtney for her professionalism, quick responses, and her dedication to her clients! She was born to do this!!"

- Lydia I., parent of a 17 year old

Frequently Asked Questions

How Does it Work?

Once you join, you have immediate access to all of the on-demand features of the community, including the 2TTS In It Together Parenting Program Video Library as well as the weekly parent groups with a 2TTS coach and other parents.

The on-demand video and audio library are housed on the Teachable website which you gain access to by logging in. There is also an app for Apple devices that allows you to access them and to listen and learn from them in the car, on a walk or wherever!

Because of the on-demand nature of all of the learning materials, you can watch or listen to them at a time that works with your schedule.

The intent is for you to take what you need in a way that works for you, knowing that the membership is there for as much or as little as you need from it in the moment. The benefits of the membership are yours for as long as you remain a member.

What is the time commitment?

This community is built in such a way to provide support for you no matter how much time you have to commit to it and no matter whether you can attend the live events or not. It is most beneficial for you to set aside at least 15 minutes each week to be intentional about learning from, reflecting on, or engaging with the material or participating in the live events. Do as little as you want, need, or can, and know that we are here for you no matter how much time you can give to the community.

What does it cost?

The membership costs $57 per month or $285 for 6 months for individual or household memberships. There is an option to join as an organization also, which is based on the number of people in your organization. With the membership, you will have access to the On-Demand Parenting Program; the Coach's Corner video library that will continue to expand; weekly parent groups as well as Monday messages delivered to your inbox from one of the 2TTS coaches filled with reflections on the parenting journey, strategies, resources, and other helpful information for the journey.

Do I have to show up live to anything? Will I still get any value out of the community if I can't show up live?

No. There are no requirements or expectations for participation in this community. You can participate in everything or you can choose to learn on your own. This community is designed to meet your needs no matter where you are on your journey and no matter your readiness to engage with others. All of the content in this community is provided in the library in video and audio format for you to watch or listen to on your own schedule. If you choose to attend the live events, they will provide you with an opportunity to talk with a parent coach, have your questions answered, and interact with parents who share a similar parenting journey as you.

People who show up live to the parent groups will have the opportunity to connect with a 2TTS coach, to ask a question, get ideas, share what's on your mind, get help in the moment with a situation, or simply have an opportunity to be reminded that this is a challenging journey and you are not alone.

Come when you can; come when you need it; come when you want.

Will I be recorded during any of the Parent Groups?

No! Because of the sensitive nature of the information shared, nothing will be recorded while we are meeting; however, a coach can create a video recording after the support group to share any important strategies or information that was introduced, shared or discussed, and the video and audio recording files will be uploaded to Video Library so you can watch or listen to them at a time that is convenient to you.

Do I have to commit to the monthly membership for a minimum amount of time?

No! You can stay for a month, 3 months, a year, or a decade. It’s really up to you. You’ll be billed automatically at the same time each month, or every 6 months, depending on which membership option you choose. Once you join, you will have access to all of the features of the membership. If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the community, simply cancel the membership. It’s that easy. No questions asked.

Is it possible for me to have a 1:1 coaching session with Courtney or can she coach my child?

Of course! We love supporting parents and kids of all ages in 1:1 or family coaching sessions. Whether it's just one session or you are interested in ongoing coaching, we would be happy to talk to you about what you are looking for and how coaching could help. Please talk the coach about your interest in coaching and then contact Courtney at [email protected] to discuss the best way to get started. If you are interested in ongoing 1:1 coaching, it may be best to set up a Discovery Call at this link.
