Are you an exhausted, concerned, uncertain, confused, frustrated, overwhelmed parent of a child who is struggling in life or in school?

Do feel like the struggle will never end and that the more you discipline and impose consequences, the more your child's frustration, anger, anxiety, or self-esteem seems to get worse?

Does your child have ADHD, executive function skill challenges or are they autistic, twice-exceptional or have another learning disability?

Have you tried to find help but people keep telling you need be stricter, to take their phone away, and that your child is just lazy, unmotivated, or needs to try harder?

Are you tired of nagging or finding out that your child has lied yet again?

Have you read all the books and tried all the parenting tips and strategies but nothing seems to change or work with your child, not even offering a reward or imposing consequences?

You know there has to be a different and better way, but you just don't know who to turn to, what to do, or where to find it.

Look No Further!

ALL IN ONE PLACE!

"Discovering Courtney and her parent/child coaching program has been one of the most important things to happen to me in the past several months. I felt so alone parenting a neurodivergent child. No one around me seemed to understand what my son and I were/are going through.

Courtney does.

Courtney has pulled together a community of parents just like me. Every week, I have the opportunity to meet with Courtney and this community of parents to share my experiences and listen to theirs. This has made me feel so much less alone in this journey. It has even brought me joy.

Courtney is real. She too is the parent of a neurodivergent child, who is now a young adult. She understands the challenges, the extreme lows, and the rawness of feeling like a failure as a parent despite the fact that you have been trying so hard.

Compassionate curiosity has been the key to changing my relationship with my son. Though, this is not always easy, it takes patience, a lot of it and so much practice! Compassionate curiosity is imperative.

Courtney truly cares about the parents, children, and young adults that she coaches. You can clearly tell by the way she listens and responds.

I'm so thankful for finding Courtney and her amazing community of parents, just like me. I highly recommend that you give Courtney a chance. The information she provides is not just applicable to your relationship with your neurodivergent child, but can also be used to improve your relationship with your neurotypical child(ren) and even your partner/spouse."

- Kelsey, parent of a 9 and 6 year old

"From the moment I spoke with Courtney during my initial consultation, I could tell that she is a person who understands. All of the nuances about my son who is autistic, anxious, depressed, and has dyslexia, dysgraphia, and ADHD, accumulated over 17 years of his life, were not surprising to her.

She could finish my sentences. She has personally been through it all, the knowledge that she possesses is undeniable.

She shaped my way of thinking and showed me a way to approach my son from a place of love, compassion and understanding.

She empowered me with a way to deal with his school issues and set me up with a plan for success. She turned challenges into opportunities and encouraged me to trust my parental instinct. She gave me a tremendous amount of targeted support and helped me heal the rift between my son and I.

My family was struggling but we now have a solid plan going forward and I am more resilient and confident now than I was before I met her. I’m very grateful to Coach Courtney for her professionalism, quick responses, and her dedication to her clients! She was born to do this!!"

- Lydia I., parent of a 17 year old

On-Demand Parenting Program

Weekly Office Hours
with Coach Courtney

2TTS's On-Demand Parenting Program, including Courtney's Stepstool Model of Growth and Success for Neurodivergent Kids Plus Strategies from The Whole Brain Child, Differently Wired, The Explosive Child, and more! ($700 value)

A series videos, most of which are between 10 and 20 minutes that can be watched in any order and provide you with summaries of the theories, strategies, and practical how-to- solutions from leading experts in the fields of ADHD, neurodiversity, twice-exceptional, parenting, and effective communication. This program is grounded in Courtney's belief that kids do well if then can and organized around the 6 pillars of Courtney's coaching philosophy and approach: CONNECTION, COMPASSIONATE CURIOSITY, COLLABORATION, TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and EMPOWERMENT.

The videos alone will transform the way you understand your child's behaviors, interact with your child and respond to your child. With information from the program, you will not only be a calmer more confident parent, but your child will will become calmer, more confident and more connected and willing to work with you to solve problems and able to take action and meet your and their own expectations, which makes everyone happier and more at ease. As described in 2TTS's Systems Model Approach to Coaching, when the parent, coach and child are all working together in a symbiotic and collaborative way, the child makes more effective and efficient progress than they make with 1:1 Coaching alone. (see below for more information about 2TTS's Systems Model Approach to Coaching). While not all children need 1:1 coaching to make effective progress, all parents need to learn how to connect, communicate, and collaborate effectively with their children to help them make effective progress. Parents are with their children more than any coach is, and so having the tools from this program allows a parent to support their child in a connected, collaborative, and empowering way which ultimately leads to more impactful and effective progress.

With this essential parenting resource, you will learn how to connect and collaborate with your child and empower them to thrive, even if your child doesn't have 1:1 coaching, BUT if your child does need 1:1 coaching to support their own skill development, with the tools from this program you will be supporting the work of your child's coach in a symbiotic way that will lead to the best possible scenario for the transformation and thriving of you and your child!

Meet Coach Courtney Edman

Courtney has been in your shoes. She is not only a coach but she is also the parent of a neurodivergent young adult son with ADHD, anxiety and significant lagging executive function skills. She knows what it takes to guide you and your child to a place of calm and connection while also giving you and your child the tools that will lead to understanding, acceptance, motivation, action, growth, and success. Her years of education and professional experience as a pediatric early intervention physical therapist and the executive director of a private home-based pulmonary physical therapy practice combined with her over 22 years of parenting 3 young adult children have fully prepared her to help parents and their neurodivergent children in significant and meaningful ways. Coaching is her life's calling. No matter your child's age, stage, diagnosis, or challenging situation, she has the knowledge, resourcefulness, compassion, problem solving, advocacy, passion and communication skills to help you, your child, and your family.

Why is the Information in the 2TTS Parenting Program so Important for Parents to Have?

This simplified visual model demonstrates that the 6 pillars that inform Courtney's approach to coaching don't only apply to the coach-child relationship; rather, they apply to the system as a whole. Each person in the system has a role to play, and each person also impacts the other. Only when each player is performing his/her/their role while grounded in the 6 pillars will the child make the most effective and efficient progress. The coach, parent(s), and the child need to communicate, collaborate, be curious, be transparent, be accountable to one another, and be empowering. And if there is no coach, it is even more essential that the parent and the child are using these pillars as the basis for their relationship.

When everyone is working from this same foundational approach and with the same language, vision, and information, the system functions efficiently and effectively allowing the child to make the most effective progress. If there is a breakdown in one of the pillars or with one of the players, the system does not function as effectively and the child does not make progress as efficiently or effectively. This scenario is true whether it is the coach, the child, or the parent.

Given this dynamic system, and the symbiotic roles that the parent(s) and coach have, it is essential for parents to have the basic knowledge, foundational understanding and parenting tools and techniques needed to support their neurodivergent child, and this is especially true if their child is being coached. These tools and techniques are different than the mainstream techniques that most people have access to, understand and use.

To provide parents with this much needed information, Courtney is available for 1:1 parent coaching, but she also created the 2TTS Parenting Program so that busy parents would have an easy and effective way to learn everything they need to know at times that work for them. For parents who are interested in having access to this essential parenting resource PLUS live coaching calls with her on a weekly basis AND opportunities to connect with other parents of neurodivergent kids, she also created the 2TTS Parenting Community.

While not all children need 1:1 coaching to make effective progress, all parents need to learn how to connect, communicate, and collaborate effectively with their children to help them make effective progress. Parents are with their children more than any coach is, and so having the tools from this program allows a parent to support their child in a way that is connected, collaborative, and empowering which ultimately leads to more impactful and effective progress.

Whether you choose the 2TTS Parenting Program or the 2TTS Parenting Community, you will learn how to help your child thrive, even if your child doesn't have 1:1 coaching, BUT if your child does need 1:1 coaching to support their own skill development, with the tools from this program you will be supporting the work of your child's coach in a symbiotic way that will lead to the best possible scenario for the transformation and thriving of your child!

Frequently Asked Questions

How Does it Work?

Once you join, you have immediate access to all of the on-demand features of the community, including the 2TTS Parenting Program as well as all of the live events where you will find the support of Courtney and of other parents in the community.

The on-demand video and audio library are housed on the Teachable website which you gain access to by logging in. There is also an app for Apple devices that allows you to access them and to listen and learn from them in the car, on a walk or wherever!

Because of the on-demand nature of all of the learning materials, you can watch or listen to them at a time that works with your schedule.

The intent is for you to take what you need in a way that works for you, knowing that the membership is there for as much or as little as you need from it in the moment. The benefits of the membership are yours for as long as you remain a member.

What is the time commitment?

This community is built in such a way to provide support for you no matter how much time you have to commit to it and no matter whether you can attend the live events or not. It is most beneficial for you to set aside at least 15 minutes each week to be intentional about learning from, reflecting on, or engaging with the material or participating in the live events. Do as little as you want, need, or can, and know that we are here for you no matter how much time you can give to the community.

What does it cost?

The membership costs $47 per month or $235 for 6 months. With the membership, you will have access to the On-Demand Parenting Program; the Coach's Corner video library that will continue to expand; weekly Office Hours; once a month Sip N Shares; as well as the Members Only Facebook group, and motivational messages delivered weekly to your inbox.

Do I have to show up live to anything? Will I still get any value out of the community if I can't show up live?

There are no requirements or expectations for participation in the live events of this community. You can participate in everything or you can choose to learn on your own. This community is designed to meet your needs no matter where you are on your journey and no matter your readiness to engage with others. There is tremendous value in the community just in the on-demand library of videos and audio files alone as well as in the Facebook group and weekly motivational messages that Courtney sends. Sometimes we just need to know that we aren't alone and have a network of support if needed, even if we can't show up for the live events. All of the content in this community is provided in the library in video and audio format for you to watch or listen to on your own schedule. The live events which you are under no obligation to attend provide you with an opportunity to talk with a parent coach, have your questions answered and interact with and hear from other parents who share a similar parenting journey as yours. Come when you can; come when you need it; come when you want.

People who show up live to Office Hours will have the opportunity to connect with Coach Courtney, ask a question, get ideas, share what's on your mind, get help in the moment with a situation, or simply have an opportunity to be reminded that this is a challenging journey and you are not alone in it. Any coaching information or topic discussed will be shared in a recording that Courtney will create after the live Office Hours and upload into the Coach's Corner On-Demand Video Library.

Will I be recorded during any of the Office Hours ?

Nope! Because of the sensitive nature of the information shared, Office Hours are notrecorded; however, Courtney will create a video recording after Office Hours to share any important strategies or information that was introduced, shared or discussed, and she will upload the video and audio recording files to the Coach's Corner Video Library so you can watch or listen to them at a time that is convenient to you.

Do I have to commit to the monthly membership for a minimum amount of time?

Nope!

You can stay for a month, 3 months, a year, or a decade. It’s really up to you. You’ll be billed automatically at the same time each month, or every 6 months, depending on which option you choose. Once you join, you will have access to all of the features of the membership. If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the community, simply cancel the membership. It’s that easy. No questions asked.

Is it possible for me to have a 1:1 coaching session with Courtney or another coach or can someone coach my child?

Of course! We are always happy to support parents and kids of all ages in 1:1 coaching sessions. Whether it's just one session or ongoing coaching, let Courtney know you are interested by email at [email protected] to st up a time to discuss the best way to get started or simply set up a Discovery Call with her at this link.
